ReadMyHeart (RMH) is a light weight handheld electrocardiogram (ECG) recording device that traces the electrical activity of the heart. ECG signals are obtained via RMH's specially designed dry conduction electrodes eliminating the need for complicated wires and conducting gel. Press the Start button and gently place your thumbs on the electrodes. The device will automatically start the recording of ECG signals. RMH records up to 15 continuous seconds of modified ECG signals (equivalent to Lead-One ECG). Average heart rate (HR), ST value and QRS interval will be calculated and displayed on the LCD screen. Up to 30 data files can be stored on RMH and transferred to Personal Computer through Universal Serial Bus (USB) connection for further analysis, data storage and print out.
